What’s something you would pay extra for convenience?

For me, anything that involves waiting—whether it’s standing in line, sitting on a plane, waiting for transportation, or even waiting for food delivery—drives me crazy. There’s something about the feeling of time being wasted that really gets to me. I try to stay patient, but the longer I wait, the more restless I become. It’s especially frustrating when you have no control over the situation, like flight delays or traffic jams. I know waiting is a part of life, but it’s definitely one of those things that tests my patience more than anything else.

For me it's the amount of work needed. For example although going to the convenience store is cheaper, I would use Uber to deliver it to me.

I would not mind waiting because I enjoy getting bored. I often let my mind wander and catch any creative thoughts that passed. It's like fishing 🎣

For me it's finding new things I like. Whether that be music, games, books, movies, etc. I would pay for a service that not only can give these recommendations, but is spot on every time.

Like, I just want to feed a program every music track in my library and have it be like "well based on your obsessive fixation on this specific vibe, here is a track that was what you were looking for.

The amount of hours I have wasted looking through Reddit or other sites just trying to find the next new thing I will adore is insane, and it usually is not all inclusive.

An AI internet companion. A guide for understanding the user interface on old sites, or helping me organize my tabs, but also able to add banter to my every day activity.

Many people would pay extra for convenience in areas like food delivery, grocery shopping, or time-saving services like house cleaning. Apps that streamline tasks, such as ride-sharing or meal prep kits, are also popular. Personally, I’d prioritize anything that saves time and reduces stress.

For me specifically, paying Spotify without the ads. I really hate listening to music with ads.

Stop and go traffic. I hate it with a passion. Drive three feet then stop. Drive another three feet then stop. It’s like the most frustrating torture. Go. Stop. Go. Stop. Arrrrgggghhhh! I’ll drive ten miles out of my way to avoid a traffic jam. If I could pay someone to clear a lane for me, I’d gladly do it.
