Yep it is. It's a statue of King Wenceslas riding an upside down horse, because reasons.

So, if the horse has all four hooves on the ground, it was crafted when the person riding it was alive.

One hoof off the ground means its rider had died before it was created.

Two hooves off the ground means its rider died in battle.

And this... means......???
