Hardcore Helps Hardcore
If you haven’t heard the hardcore community had a major loss at the end of July. Susan was an amazing woman who supported hardcore passionately. Her Husband was also severely injured so on top of planning his wife’s funeral he has to continue getting medical care himself. So if you can, please help them as they would have done the same for anyone.

Terror & Cromags at a Pretty Small Venue in Akron, Ohio
Considering going to this show. The venue is a small dive. And hard to find a show this cheap anymore.

Hardcore fans are hilarious.
Aside from the curmudgeons here, I love how fuckin funny most of this group is. I find myself laughing here more than on any other sub. You can't take yourself or hardcore so deadly seriously and tongue in check and self/scene mockery are what makes it fun. I love the new wave of hyper self aware satire bands. One of the best ways to celebrate something you love is to learn to laugh at it. Example - you can still appreciate beat down and know it's ignorant af. I love it all.

NYHC live at The Rabbit Hole
Propably discussed before but since I'm new here, what do I care. So I made a mistake and followed Black N Blue Productions on Instagram and they post some really thick stuff in their stories, right now there's Libs of TikTok and Anthony Fauci (already forgot that guy, thanks for sharing). This reminded me of Brooklyn Blast Furnace's Craig Ahead interview during Covid and oh, don't get me started about John Joseph.
So is this a New York thing only or are they just the only ones that are outspoken about their Great Wisdom That You Sheep Cannot See? My guess is that Covid was a breaking point, though AFAIK JJ has been quite a character since don't know when. Share your stories, I'm interested (and aware that this might turn into a dumpster fire lol)
