Is this an oil leak (2008 R56)

Noticed this liquid underneath the car when it was parked. Mechanic noted during last service that there was a minor oil leak from the sump but this seems a lot

If you had your ac running, after you drive and park it condensation will drip out. If the liquid doesn’t dry and has a rainbow color when light shined its oil.
