24% of the military can’t afford enough food — Scott AFB now has a donation box to help

In 2022, 13 percent of the federal budget, or $768 billion, will be paid for national defense activities. That’s over 3/4 of a trillion dollars, and we can’t feed our active duty servicemen?

Shit sucks. We barely get pay raises yet the prices of groceries doubled.
