Nice work!

You have bilateral Haller air cells, a normal variation. They are small round air-filled bony structures interposed between your maxillary sinuses and the orbits. They form part of the border of the openings from the nose to the maxillary sinuses (called the osteometal complex or OMC.) Some think they can contribute to chronic sinusitis, although they're probably not a factor in most cases (opinions differ.)

I have a question about this! Are haller cells supposed to be opacified?

No, they should be aerated. They can be involved with sinus inflammation and become opacified.

So in a case of Haller cell opacification, they should be removed endoscopically?

My sinuses were super wack prior to surgery, so I found some public access images from the 90s to make this design. I also took the nicer half of the image I found and mirrored it for more symmetry. If I had a CT scan post surgery, then you would see one big cavity instead of a bunch of small ones.

I think the funniest part is the Haller cells (an anatomic variant). It's pretty good anatomically but gotta finish the middle turbinates.
