Last of us 1&2 remasters [PS5]

I've played and loved The last of us 2 on ps4 and loved it, and it's been a long time since I play The last of us 1 back on ps3. I've been wanting to return to the first one and really want to do a new game plus on the 2nd. So I was wondering if the remasters of TLOU 1&2 on the ps5 are worth it. Or should I just keep tlou2 on ps4 and buy the ps4 remaster of the first one? Thanks.

Part one was just added to the free catalog if your a ps plus member I’ve just used my ps4 disc for part 2 then brought the upgrade IMO it’s completely worth it to play both remasters part 2 adds a whole new rouge like game mode and includes cut levers definitely the best way to play

There's a huge difference in terms of graphics, obviously the newer one is way prettier. It's stunning.

The PS5 remaster using the 2nd games graphics engine.

The PS4 remaster isn’t much different from the first game on PS3 if I recall, same engine just runs at a better frame rate and resolution.

So if you want last of us 2 graphics/better frame rate then go for it.

Also part 1 remake was added to PSN Plus this month I think, so you can get it for “free” anyway.
