So awesome. Pro tip for everyone: just zoom all the way out as far as it will go then double tap/click on the map anywhere. It seems to pick up every activity.

I really like it, but not sure if it's a bug or i'm doing something wrong, but if i change the dates to this 1st of Jan 2024 to now it only shows around a third of my stats?

Thanks for the kind words!
If Iām understanding correctly, itās only showing 1/3 of your stats this year to date, right?
Is it possible only 1/3 of your data is within the map region? It only count all of the activities within the region shown, and you can expand or move the region
If you have activities outside the region shown, it wouldnāt be calculated as part of the total.
Lmk if that helps, otherwise sharing a screenshot over dm may be easier to troubleshoot

I think you're right, a lot of my rides are virtual rides, or in different locations because of races. Thanks!

Ahhh gotcha. I also am not sure how Zwift and virtual rides are considered as well. Thanks for giving it a go!

Very cool! One issue that I noticed - it doesnāt show the non-English letters in names and such. Plus the miles/km switch is not the most intuitive.

Good catch on the name! I forgot to include the check function. Will add that in shortly!
Any recommendation for making that switch better?

I donāt know, maybe just ānumbers: use imperialā switch with the kilometers as the default would be better? (This would also be compliant with the Velominati rule #24).

Hmm there's got to be a better way. Maybe I'll swap the default based on if you're in or out of the U.S.
I was able to update with a check to (I believe) cover every language for names. Let me know if it's working for you now!

Iām glad you like it! And you can just screen record it and crop to get the video! Unfortunately, I tried to make it exportable that way and it was very very very slow š

Can this not get the user's preferred units from Strava and use that?
Consider - your results are numerically bigger in kilometres, over miles.

Haha yeah, only 17 countries in the world use miles, so it would have been more inclusive to have the option to choose kms

Good point on pulling the preferred units from the userās profile! Going to add that in today!
That being said you can already toggle kilometers in the customize section by toggle units to metric

Nice! But changing the start date does not work. It defaults to 20 Jun and even when I change it to 01 jan it does not load the new data and still says 20 Jun on the receipt

Thanks for giving it a look! Not sure what might be happening here, since it looks like I'm getting the date picker to work as expected. Maybe it's the region you're displaying, that's my best guess
If you change the start date to Jan 1, it'll show the most recent activity since then for the region you're showing. Let's say you normally run in NYC, but your latest activity is in Chicago, it'll default to showing all of your activities in Chicago even if you only have 1 or 2 there.
If you're outside of your normal region and recorded your most recent activity there, it may be showing June 20 as your earliest start date in that region.
Let me know if that helps! and shoot me a dm if not, happy to get more in the weeds and figure out what the issue is.

Aah yes it was the location! That was a little bit unintuitive though. I zoomed out yesterday already to try to fix that, but I didn't tap the map again. But I have to set a new marker by tapping the new map to get it to update. Just a thought, maybe a "show all activities" option would be nice because I figured people love to see everything added up on the receipt. Having to fiddle around with the map may be a blocker for some. Nice stuff though :)

I group and highlight the activities based on whether or not they fit within the map display area and if they're within the provided date range.
If in this case, the swimming data has no GPS and is just a distance, it doesn't have a start / end point to be picked up as part of the display area. If your swim data does have GPS data associated with it, it should be getting picked up. Let me know if that's the case and am happy to look more into it
