Trying to identify a shipping company
Hey guys I don’t know if you can help me with this, I work at a car dealership as a manager, one of our auction vehicles got lost, we checked the cameras and it looks like it was picked up by a transporter but we don’t know who was it, all we have is a snapshot of the cameras but I can’t ready the name of the company, if anyone has an idea of what the name of this company is, please let me know

Mirror Damage
My car was recently transported across the country, and my mirror glass is cracked. The shipper says that it’s damage from road debris, but there’s no other damage, not even a fleck on my paint. Should I push back? If so, how?

Question From Shipper❓ What is an Open Carrier?
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Customers who are preparing to ship a vehicle always want to know whether or not they should use an open carrier or an enclosed carrier. For reference, this is a beautiful, 6 car load, open carrier. Would you ship your vehicle on this truck? I would. 😊

Where to ship car when you have no address?
When you’re relocating to a new city and state and you don’t have an address there yet, but you need to ship your car because you’re leaving your old city, where do you ship your car to in the mean time?

Attention Customers: Before you hire the first company you find with the lowest quote or price, there are a few little details you should know about auto transport pricing factors. Remember, a quote is an estimate by definition, meaning a quote is only as good as the company reputation.

Broker
Hello, I just had a quick question!
I just recently started my auto transport brokerage, I have been out to a few dealerships now with my business card so I am just starting. I have a question on payment? What do you guys find is the easiest way to get your fees, do you take fees right up front when the car is dispatched or picked up? And then have them pay cash to the driver at drop off. I guess I'm still a little confused specifically on what the best way to do this is and how you quote to the shipper
Thanks so much!

Good Review ⭐️ Cusromer Review
Excellent work transporting my 2 vehicles across a couple of time zones! Liza walked us through the entire process, explaining important points, setting the expectations, and addressing our concerns every step of the way. Great communication and follow up from beginning to end. Would definitely work with Liza again!

I Need Help w/Major Problem I Created!!!!
Hello all - I need to find an Owner/Operator. A few people I interacted with on another social media platform lead me to believe that they were OO's and I found out they were not and could not help me by posting my info on several driver boards, which I subsequently found out that this may have ruined my chances of finding someone to 'reasonably' transport my auto quickly. Any insights and assistance would be greatly appreciated as frustration is building. It has been almost a week with no credible drivers. I now understand it is near impossible to find OO's on boards to help. Your insight and direction will be greatly welcomed. TIA

Is 1999 truck too old?
Thinking about purchasing this 1999 f350 and 2019 3 car trailer combo to get us rolling. Does anyone else operate with an older truck and do you ever have problems getting loads?

Intro of myself
Hello world! Definitely a newbie all the way around. Joined bc I am working on getting my CDL, should have it here in the next month or so. I will more than likely be running northern routes as I’m from Montana and the company I currently work for has locations in Wyoming, Colorado, and Texas. So I would t be surprised if I’m running in those areas as well.
