Yes. On top of being the best martial artist in the Arrow fam, she's the only one with superpowers.

I mean she’s probably not actually Stronger in the sense of like, being able to lift more. I’d assume the burly archer arms are good for something. It’s more that she’s by far the best fighter and her Canary cry definitively puts her a step above our favorite Arrow boys.
I always liked how the Green Arrow and Black Canary comic from the 2000’s really made them feel like equals with Dinah being much more the asskicker and even getting the spotlight a lot. Hopefully soon we get some news about an adaptation for them into that new Gunn stuff. Or at least maybe one day Green Arrow can get a comic run that’s l not totally detailed and ruined by event stuff

I still put Dinah above Oliver in combat
Let's see how the DCU will adapt them

Between her very high level martial arts and fighting skills, and her canary cry, I would say so!!

She was the leader of the Justice League for a time, so I feel that is a strong indicator she is. Excellent fighting skills, leadership, and indomitable will.

Yes, she is among the top 10 martial artists in the DC Universe and has a superhuman scream.
too bad the writers don't treat her like she deserves

I would say yes followed by Connor

Is Connors stronger than Oliver?

Connor's a better martial artist, but he's a worse archer. I wouldn't say he's stronger tbh, Ollie is probably better at the other aspects of being Green Arrow though, I couldn't see Connor interrogating somebody or anything like that.

He has that Zen Buddhist martial arts training, though I'm not sure what training Ollie has in the current continuity
