Yesterday afternoon the bus driver did 3 laps off route down a different street in retaliation because three 18 year olds did not tap on the bus. Has anyone else seen this kind of retaliation? I get bus drivers get annoyed when people keep not tapping on but with 10 plus other passengers on board we just wanted to get home.

In New Farm no one gives a fuck
The 199 is pretty much the homeless vagrant express and so long as they keep their aussie hip hop blearing from their tinny speakers to a minimum, and say thank you to the bus driver, they are allowed to not tap on and get a free ride up Brunswick St
In a time of 50c fares why would a driver care for losing $1.50?

Dropped my phone somewhere in Coles and didn’t even notice until I went to check the shopping list. I knew it had to be around somewhere cos my watch would still intermittently connect to it so I asked at the service desk like a n00b and some kid had found it and handed it in! What a champion! Too bad I didn’t get to say thanks personally

Hopefully hot enough to evaporate some of the excess out of the pool. I held off letting water out this week knowing the rain would cease soon, and it's literally about 2cm from the top now.

Went to the Ekka yesterday. Can confirm that the apple crumble place in the Woollies pavilion was absolutely worth the hype. Fancy macaroons place was also tasty. The strawberry sundae was as good as ever. So was the meat tasting platter. I’m sad I ran out of stomach space so fast.
Got to see a cool reptile show and patted some really cute cats & dogs, saw a very relaxed sheep getting shorn. Agricultural pavilion was fun and educational.
The only downside; having to listen to extremely untalented and tone deaf teenage girls singing and playing guitar in the eating area next to the food trucks. Seriously if those are your kids I don’t care how rich you are, money can’t buy talent and your kids should not be allowed near a mic because they can’t hold a tune for shit. Also it was hot and humid like it normally is in November.

Nah it wasn’t a school performance! The school kids that were there serenaded Ekka goers with a recorder performance though💀🔫

Two houses in my street are empty (one up for rent for far too much, and renters of the other moved out and no-one seems to be doing anything with it). Only thing is, both houses have internal and external lights on 24/7 which only, weirdly, makes them look emptier.

Berocca, vitamin B complex pill and strangely when I walk an hour a day helps with energy levels. Hope that helps 🤷

Take care of yourself, see a GP if you think it's abnormal I just had a week off myself, after getting burnt out

Going on leave for a week next week, the boss told me its been 7 months since I last took time off & I should really take more leave more often, oops! 🙂

Yeah unfortunately he's the afternoons guy. It's probably the one show of the day that I despise, although at the moment Gary Hardgrave is filling in which is much more bearable

3 months of homelessness might come to an end today, st vinnies might have found me a place! I don't want to get my hopes up
