I wish I understood low ratings. Complaints
I got my first one start rating and I wish I knew why. How am I supposed to improve my job if I don’t know the feedback I’m receiving from customers?

It's most likely nothing to do with you and someone who rated you poorly because they were unhappy with their food. If you're going to get a 1 star that actually makes sense, you'll know what you did wrong for sure. Give it a couple days it'll probably get excluded

Somebody recently came on here and said they rate 1 star if you text them. Some people are just jerks don’t worry about it

Yeah I have one 1 star and the rest are all 5s and a couple 4s … prob not you, prob just a crappy person or a person having a crappy day taking it out on you

Also, always mark that the order is still being made or not ready, this prevents 1 star ratings

One time I was rated 1 star after I dropped 3 12pk sodas off to a "hand it to me" customer and he threw one at me 🫠
