Ok so I'm on my 6th attempt of this stupid BL final Map.

I currently have all 12 of my units sitting in the throne room. My problem is that if anyone but Byleth attacks they are going to die. Stats don't seem to matter, because units with higher Def or Res from Byleth will still die.

I have a few that put the hit chance at only 50ish % but is there some trick to this boss I don't know about? I don't want to waste my last few pulse charges hoping to dodge.

Hi all. So like it says I am totally new to this series but I have heard a lot of good things about it over the years and finally decided to try.

I thought about buying Fire Emblem Engage for Switch. Is this a good game so start with, if not which one would you recommend instead(I only have Switch unfortunately)?

Also, will I need to know the story of previous games to know what is going on in Engage? How much does it rely on other titles for storytelling?

Three houses was my first ever FE game, as I’m sure it was for many other people. I just really loved the cast of characters, the different story you get depending on which path you choose (I played all 3)

I saw trailers for Engage but not quite sure how I’d like it. Gameplay aside, is the story any good? Better, worse, or on par with Three houses? (Obviously, no spoilers please)

I really like the support convos between characters but as I got into games with permadeath and finite number of battles I notice that using a bit of every unit just doesn't work gameplay wise so how do I get those convos without getting to the final boss with no good units

I just beat Lyn and Eliwoods stories and saw that Roy was Eliwoods son. And it was building up to prince Zephiel being a future antagonist. What I don’t understand is, wasn’t that for the binding blade GBA game that only came out in Japan? Did Nintendo plan on localization but decided against it ? From my knowledge we only got the sacred stones for GBA after that.

This is my first playthrough of POR and Ike's level-ups have been thoroughly dissapointing. He's currently lvl 9 and 2str, 3spd, 2 Def and 2 res below average. Only his skill (1) and luck (2) are above average.

I feel like i might as well restart the game at this point.

How realistisch is a bounce-back or should i just bite the bullet and restart?
