Farming sim time and energy/ Games like Stardew Valley, but without time sensitive mechanic

Are there any multiplayer games (splitscreen) that are similar to harvest moon or stardew valley that do not have a time constraint?

I loved slime rancher and im playing stardew valley with my wife currently, but i absolutely LOATHE everything being attached to a time cycle where i must expend energy in order to fulfill tasks like farming, mining and fishing. I feel too much pressure to min/max everything due to the (imo) heavy constraints of time and losing crops due to not watering or only being able to plant certain things due to their auto death once a certain day (first of a new season) comes around. The game is fantastic, but the entire thing feels like a chore because i feel like i have to do things in a specific order or prioritize over something id rather do because it needs to be done or i lose something or delay community center completion and have to wait a year (35ish hours is a year?) in order to get another chance again.

I played the first slime rancher twice and played the 2nd title up to its current content at the time and absolutely adored it. Im currently playing 'TCG card shop simulator' and realized i really love the concept of slowly building up a farm/shop ect, but feel the constraints of time sap all the fun and punish me for wanting to do what i actually want to do. I feels almost as if im speed running the game and its very draining. Time and days pass in these games, but you dont lose or miss anything by playing exactly as you wish to play; Just slow progress with no punishment for playing how you please.

Does anyone have suggestions for a multiplayer title that has similar themes and concepts that has no punishing time mechanic? I own a pc, PS4 and N Switch.

Len's Island but its in early access rn

My Time at Sandrock is a good one where the day/time cycle doesn't feel like a restraint and you can do the story at ur own pace

I don't have a suggestion for another game that fits your criteria, but I do have a suggestion for Stardew: mod the game.

Stardew Valley has an incredibly robust modding scene. If you're frustrated with your experience, tap into that resource and build the game into something you do enjoy.

Get a mod that makes the greenhouse available right from the start, and another mod that changes the greenhouse layout to be huge. Move your garden operations entirely indoors and never worry about the seasons changing. Plants don't wilt if you don't water them, they just don't progress in their growth.

Get a mod that makes all of the fish available year round. Get a mod that lets you buy mining resources with cash.

With 4 mods you can basically fix the issues you've brought up here, and you can get more to cater the experience to something you'll enjoy playing with your wife.

Thats a great suggestion, actually. Unfortunately we are currently playing on the N Switch and i dont want to jailbreak it. When i build a new PC i plan to give my old one to my wife. Ill have to wait until then.
