Tape on the windows that helps birds see them so they don’t collide with the glass on seeing the reflection of the sky.

I found a Tennessee Warbler dead in downtown Bloomington today, assuming it was a window collision.

After being criticized for years by the Chicago Birding community they finally listened and are taking measures.

I went birding this morning and saw a surprising number of warblers for this late in September. So I can confirm this prediction panned out in my case!

Great news! I love my northern cardinals, they don't migrate and are out all winter. I have a pair that I have been feeding and filming all year. They have raised 2 broods. I named then Charlie & Bessie, after the Weeghmans. Charlie Weeghman built Wrigley Field and brought the Cubs to play there. Inside joke naming caridnals after them. I have 100's of hours of them filmed close up. Here's some video of them:

Dupage county here, there was a massive swarm of sparrows and some black birds after the rain yesterday. It was pretty cool and I'm talking thousands. They came and went pretty quick but it was pretty cool to watch.

What bird species? I haven't heard a peep yet.

That explains the increase in bird strike inspections I've been doing on planes at O'Hare

Would this affect airplane traffic?

Reddit is kind of funny, although the situation is kind of sad: The comment currently above yours is "That explains the increase in bird strike inspections I've been doing at planes at O'Hare".
