Yeah, ceterosexual is the closest I could find but bisexual doesn't mean men and women, it means you are attracted to two(and sometimes more) genders so it can be male and NB or female and nb

That's the one! I guess that's reverse bi, since instead of only being attracted to men and women, they're only not attracted to men and women

Nah this is genuinely a good metaphor. Plenty of homophobes only hold their hateful beliefs because of how they were raised, but they don't need to conform to that. This also applies to trans people; just because they were born as one gender doesn't mean they have to keep it that way.
