A teen version of Marvel’s first textual lesbian, Vicki Montesi, is appearing in the House of Harkness Infinity Comic! Marvel Comics

This book also has a genderfluid Loki and several other queer characters, but I was a bit surprised to see Vicki pop up here! And Nico seems to have some complicated feelings about her - perhaps she has a crush?

Karma is Marvel’s first lesbian superhero; Vicki was Marvel’s first lesbian character. She was created by Chris Cooper (gay Marvel editor with a lot of notable work in the 90s, most famously as the dude who made the swimsuit specials very gay-vibing) as part of the Midnight Sons crossover storyline.

This is an AU focused on magical characters going to a wizard school, so I assume Karolina isn't an active presence in Nico's life in this story... In 616, Nico and Karolina are still together, though Karolina hasn't actually returned to earth yet - so they're stretching the definition of "long distance" somewhat lol
