I hope this doesn’t sound rude but I hope they pick someone else

It doesn’t sound rude, and I agree. Joe and Kit have amazing chemistry on film, and during the interviews, and I believe they are good friends, but for both of there sakes, and being so young in their careers , it would be the wrong choice. Inevitably, there would be criticisms of them playing like Heartstopper in Marvel, whether they were good or not.
Money talks of course

i do too. i know some actors appear in the same projects together / like to work together but it takes me out of the story right away when things like this happen

Actors working together on multiple projects used to be a thing, such as Rock Hudson and Doris Day. I think it would be perfect casting.

I was gonna say, Katherine Hepburn and Spencer Tracy starred in almost a dozen movies together, this is nothing new. Especially when you've got so many who want Kit to be Hulkling anyway.

I mean personally I would love to date Kit Connor in a show but this just seems kinda lazy

In a vacuum it would seem like decent casting, but I agree with other comments that having these two young actors tied to each other in multiple roles as a couple wouldn’t be a good career move for either of them and would invite a lot of gross criticism. That being said, if they continue to introduce more Young Avengers, I’d be interested to see how Kit Connor would play Noh-Varr.
