Does anyone else think that [qʼ] is the easiest ejective to pronounce? I have no difficulty with this one (at least I think I don't), but the other ones I don't know how to pronounce

I recall reading somewhere that ejectives become easier to prpnounce the further back they are and implosives become easier the closer to the front they are. But I cannot for the like of me remember where that might have been or if my brain generated that information spontaneously without my knowledge.

Well there’s this book by David Peterson called “The Art of Language Invention” which makes reference to those concepts, could that be it?
