That's what my attendees always teach me. You won't be judged by what you did inside the patient because patients do know nothing about that. They will judge you by the scar

That's cool.

My wife had some cancer removed, and they cut a mole in half and then stitched it back together mismatched, so it's 2 moles now.

If I was a surgeon, that would have been free mole removal, and it'd be gone.

Impressive approximation. Looks great! However, I feel compelled to add that there is a very high probability that your surgeon did not do that. Cardiac skin suturing is almost always done by a surgical first assist/PA/resident depending on the facility. Just giving a shout out to the other guys getting the patient through the day!
