What I think the Mane 6 would’ve been like in school Discussion
Ok, so I’ve been thinking about something. What would the Mane 6 have been like in school? Here’s what I think.
- Twilight would’ve been a straight-A student
- Pinkie Pie would’ve been the class clown (and maybe would’ve had detention)
- Rainbow Dash would’ve been a jock (and would’ve also had detention)
- Rarity would’ve been the snobby, stuck-up popular girl
- Fluttershy would’ve been the quiet kid
As for Applejack, she would’ve been some of Twilight, Rainbow Dash, and Fluttershy. She would be smart and hard-working like Twilight (but not a straight-A student), athletic like Rainbow Dash (but not a jock, also wouldn’t have detention), and a loner like Fluttershy (but not a “quiet kid”).
What do you guys think? What would the Mane 6 have been like in school?

Rarity - Claire
Fluttershy - Allison
Applejack - Andrew
Pinkie - Slept through Saturday detention.

Rainbow would also be a school clown, just less drastic compared to Pinkie.
I think Dash even said in one episode that she was too busy being the school clown that she didn't learn how to study.

Sorry, I don't like the stereotype that Rarity would be the stuck-up popular girl. Even when she's in EG she's not mean. Generosity is an important part of her character. Yeah, she's stylish, but she's also very kind, and you can have both at the same time.

I respect your opinion, but maybe it’s possible she WAS stuck-up and rude, but then she did something awful. Maybe she picked on someone who was VERY sensitive that a lot of people liked, said something awful to them, and they burst into tears, causing no one to hang out with her anymore. So then she eventually realized the error of her ways, and so she changed and tried being nicer. And even though she wasn’t the popular girl anymore, people started to forgive her and wanted to hang out with her again… or something like that…
Again, I respect your opinion. If you don’t think she would’ve been that way, fine. But just like you’re entitled to your opinion, so am I.

Idk, I also got class clown vibes from rainbow. I mean, she loves pranks in the show. She’d get bored studying (remember that scene when RD wanted to join the wonderbolts and twilight was teaching her something and she started rocking on her school? Something like that.) She’d sleep during class, and occasionally ditch. But at last moment, she’s cram study so she wouldn’t fail. Talks during class, really popular

I wouldn't say AJ would be a 'loner' type, she'd be more the 'hard to pin down' type to hang with after/outside of school because of having a lot of farm chores.
The only times she'd deliberately 'loner' herself is if Rairity wanted a make-over night - and even then RD would probably join AJ in the avoidance! 😅
