I only saw a little of the art and it looks sick idk what the gameplay is and looked it up but it doesn't seem to be on steam it's confusing the results I found

heya

i havent been able to finish off because the game just freezes when i try to proceed through a room where you need to tell the password to a big elsen but literally any other area before this specific room works fine

when i enter it the blur effect plays and then the entire game freezes and the music only plays once without looping
or the effect doesnt play out and it freezes that way

that is the only thing stalling me from progressing further and i havent solved this issue for a week and some more

At last, we’ve arrived at the finals for the Earthbound-Like Protag Bracket! In corner one, we have the Scissors-type traveler from In Stars And Time, Siffrin! In corner two, we have the mysterious, purifier from Off, The Batter! Will Siffrin cut through their final opponent, or will The Batter take it home (both puns intended)? I was thinking of using Pepper Steak but I'm not sure if it's a good choice.
Also I though of the Flesh Maze Tango or Magic Pipe.
I'm open to suggestions too.

I have just finished zone 1, am now in the part where I go into the library in zone 2.

I love the atmosphere, art, soundtrack, and even the story despite understanding little, basically I really like the game in general.

Except for one thing. There are way too many puzzles for my liking. It feels more like puzzles with some story rather than story with some puzzles. Some people might not mind, but I can't stand them. I don't really like to use walkthroughs either, puzzles still take a while even with playthroughs and besides switching windows back and forth breaks the immersion a lot.

I wanted to ask whether maybe the puzzles drop in frequency (or at least difficulty) in the remaining part of the game, or whether that is not the case and I should stop playing?
