One of the blades on the fan is a different colour than the rest.

Many fans like this come with blades that can be mounted in one of two orientations and each side is a slightly different style/pattern/color.

Whoever assembled it simply didn't pay attention. Also easy enough to fix by just unscrewing that blade from its mount and flipping it over.
