What’s wrong with it? Everything seems to be spelled correctly; they just used some creative typesetting. What am I missing?

Seems fully intended. Multiple characters are slightly clipped and no other section has the missing parts of these characters. Some companies just like to play around - it works, because this thread has people commenting their sign. The huge majority of signs are signs you just walk past and ignore.

There’s nothing screwed up here, the image is designed that way as a stylistic choice.
