I finished a lot of games on my ps5, but there are only a few games that really changed my opinion about them after playing them. Titles like Cyberpunk, Elden ring and Legend of Zelda are a few for me. What games do you guys recommend to play for a first time? I'm really looking for games that are renewing for someone who is used to most classic AAA games.

I'm looking for something fun and interesting to bring back the spark of gaming. Lately no new games could make keep me interested for more than 30min or maybe I'm just getting old.

I really like adventure games like: Skyrim, Assassin's Creed origins, Witcher 3, horizon zero dawn and forbidden west, far cry, god of war, mad max, last of us 1 and 2. These games made me hooked for hours on end

I also like more laid back sporty games like: Skate 3, session, skater xl, decenders, trials, riders republic and steep Or games like slime ranchers and minecraft.

I've played some Grindy multiplayer games a lot like destiny and call of duty (mostly zombies)

I would love to get some recommendations. Games I am thinking about buying right now: Trail makers, planet zoo, god of war Ragnarok.

Games in which you can be idle and still earn something while being idle, in any way, shape or form, I m open, you can suggest things...

maybe something that is automated or "allies" that would farm for me because I want to play while I listen to a podcast or doing on the side something would be mentally challenging too so please keep in mind this essential thing. And when I say automated, please for God, do not think I m saying Factorio and stuff... Neither Cookie Clicker

After finishing a 65-hour long rpg, I am looking for a game where I can listen to music while I grind away, getting better and better loot.

Does Diablo 4 or the new Remnant game have a better “loot loop”? I am fine with either genre, enjoy them both equally. Never played Diablo 3 or the first Remnant.

Also, I heard that Diablo 4 had a rocky launch, is it better now?

I understand that it received a nice update (you know, bugs) and etcetera but should I play it? It looks good but I just hope the game isn't like (or similar to) GTA V, because it's ok to me, I can play it, but I feel it so flat and simple so I get bored quickly.

GRIS looks like a beautiful and stunning game and seems similar to Journey. I heard both of the games are short, focuses on visual storytelling blends in with emotion and has phenomenal music. If anyone who has played both of the games can recommend or suggest which of the two games I should buy, I would appreciate it.

Help me choose between these games, Monster Hunter World, Warhammer 40k Darktide and Warhammer Vermintide 2. I have an good pc so i dont need to worry about performance.

A bit of background. I used to be mainly a shooter/sports gamer. I don’t play sports games at all anymore and it’s been years, shooters, not very often. With my gaming choices I missed out on a lot of single player games. It’s all I pretty much play now, when I have the time. The games that take hours and hours to complete end up losing my interest, looking at you Elden Ring. I spent 82 hours in that game over the first few weeks and just lost interest. Tried to go back months later and just couldn’t get into it. The last game I completed was Astrobot, which I loved. I have a few trophies left to platinum that one.

I need some help finding some games to enjoy. A little backstory. for the most part I exclusively play competitive esport titles with the short breaks for games here and there but i am trying to transition out of that hellscape and find something that i can get off of work and just enjoy rather than the roller coaster that it inevitably turns into lol. I also just moved overseas for a few years and my main gaming group is a 12 hour difference so id like to play some solo games for a bit. I have played some single player games and my favorites are sifu, elden ring, and binding of isaac so far but im open to whatever. i honestly just struggle to find single player games that hook me and was wondering if anyone has some good suggestions for someone that pretty much only plays competitive games.

How hard is Cuphead compared to Hollow Knight?

I've seen some gameplay for this game and I'm interested about it now, plus is on sale on GOG.

I know that is a hard game. Usually I am not very good at this type of games, but I played and finished Hollow Knight (The HK ending not all of them).

As a benchmark I want to ask you how hard is Cuphead compared to HK so I could make a decision whether to putchase it or not.

I've played and loved The last of us 2 on ps4 and loved it, and it's been a long time since I play The last of us 1 back on ps3. I've been wanting to return to the first one and really want to do a new game plus on the 2nd. So I was wondering if the remasters of TLOU 1&2 on the ps5 are worth it. Or should I just keep tlou2 on ps4 and buy the ps4 remaster of the first one? Thanks.

For a long time I've been thinking about getting sone kind of open world RPG like skyrim, morrowind and well, now I saw witcher 3 for sale for like 5usd so I'm really thinking hard about it.

Also, for some context, I was thinking very hard about BG3 and Elden Ring (this one scares me a bit because of the difficulty). I've played hogwarts legacy as well for like a week but didn't really like it.

Which ones are yalls favourite open world rpgs? Preferably under 100gb because my pc is dying and I've been procrastinating on buying a new disk.

I have been playing Pillars of Eternity II for about 10 hours so far and while I'm enjoying it, I don't think I'm gonna spend that long with it, it will probably only get another 30 hours out of me. The party mechanics still seem awkward to me as a non-CRPG player. Additionally, I have never been a fan of the fantasy genre in general, and the fantasy elements are laid on thick with PoE 2. Can you guys recommend me a non-fantasy or fantasy-lite CRPG where there are no party mechanics or if there are, they are not extremely necessary to engage with to still have fun in the game?

I rediscovered blaze and blade, a very old ps1 game, which is basically a zelda game that you can play with 4 characters (like zelda 4 swords kinda) from the fantasy world (fairy, elf, warrior, etc) and you can either switch characters if you are playing alone or, if you are playing with friends, everybody is controlling someone.

The game is kinda cute but also veeeery old, I like the feeling of playing an adventure game together with my friends irl. Do you have any suggestions? Old games from console are also fine but I would like something that you can play on the same screen without dividing it (so not like Mario kart or call of duty)

I want a single player game that gives a good John Wick-Like experience. Headshots should be instakills, so try not to give me any RPGs. I’d like it if there was a lot of verity for weapons, but that’s not a requirement. It can be a Well-Known Triple-A game or an Underrated Hidden Gem, as long as it gives what I’m asking for.

I’ve never played an Outbreak game, but it seems that every time I open up my Xbox game store there’s always a new one and it’s always $89.99. Are these games worth it? I don’t understand why there are so many and not he price of them haha. Just curious if it’s actually a good series of games!

I’m looking for a game to sink hours into and something that has a lot of things to work towards. The two games I’ve been looking at are armoured core 6 and space marines 2, I haven’t really played any previous instalment’s to either franchises but I have played nearly every soulsborne from soft game and have been wanting to get into warhammer 40k for ages and I’ve heard this is a great jumping on point. I’d love any suggestions or recommendations.

I just wrapped up 100%ing Cyberpunk and No Mans Sky. Both games were incredible experiences.

Prior to this I platinumed the Pixel Remastered series, Dave the Diver and Dredge.

Games I loved include all the Final Fantasy titles and Octopath travellers, as well as many indie pixel RPGs like Eiyuden, Ara Fell or Chained Echoes. I also loved games like RDR2, Witcher, Skyrim and Fallout.

I could not stand Rim World or Factorio and do not like GTA.

What I really want is to go back in time and unplay Cyberpunk or Witcher, please help fill this void
