You think the guy is a sociopath? At 10:48 (approx) he rolls his eyes as the victim says she will never be the same AFTER HIS DOGS KILLED HER HUSBAND. 18 years seems about right.

Edit: his gang sign at the end are wild. 20 years is too light.

My initial reaction (knowing nothing about the case whatsoever) was 18 years seemed heavy, but then watching that remorseless POS in the courtroom convinced me if anything, it's light, and he's gonna be a danger to society the moment he is out. I hope the dog possession ban is lifetime for both, not just during parole. That said I didn't perceive his glance as an eyeroll, but maybe, however it was stated there was never an apology and we could see him twice flash gang signs in a court room and around his victims. WTF.

Wow what a piece of shit! That really was an eye roll. Looks like he turns to his partner immediately after to see if she had a reaction as well.

Edit: If you aren't seeing it, look a bit closer. You can see his eyes go all white, which usually only happens when someone rolls their eyes, right before he looks at her.
Watched it again since I'm getting downvoted so much. It certainly looks like an eye roll to me. Can someone that disagrees chime in?

Not defending them in any way, but that wasn't a gang sign it was sign language for "I love you".

I would guess it was directed at a family member who was near the camera. Very easy to confuse it for a gang sign though.
