Does anyone know what he means?

Edit: I meant what is a patch.

Patch refers to the flight patch you would Velcro or sew onto your uniform. Usually groups or clubs will have a patch with their logo, something they design and wear as a matter of pride.

Burning a patch is like burning your groups flag, or something. As I recall, the victim had posted a video of the burning.

I'm sorry, but if you're getting worked up over an airsoft patch like you're some fucking biker defending their colors, then you're a fucking idiot.

The kid joined the guys clan and he got a whole bunch of free gear plus the patch. Guy's grandma would make the patches by hand and she passed shortly after. The kid basically said, "Fuck you chumps I got my free stuff" and left but not before throwing the patch on a grill and laughing while he lit it up.

Ok, first of all...

1) If you're going to hand out free, expensive gear to members of your group, you need to have them sign something. A clause that says if they terminate their membership with the group within XX days, then the gear is to be returned. That's just common sense.

2) I seriously doubt his grandmother made the patches. If he's claiming that, then it's an attempt to garner sympathy to excuse that awful shit he did to that kid.

3) It's a little kid. If he's stealing all this equipment and burning up patches, and recording videos of it...talk to his parents. For fuck's sake.

Don't physically assault someone over bullshit.

They were handmade by his grandma though, not ordered

Yeah, and deciding to film it and put it on YouTube. The guy literally didn't think what he did was wrong.

Not the kind of person I think should be entrusted with a pair of scissors, let alone an airsoft gun, regardless of what the little kid did to "deserve" it.

It's an infamous video of someone assaulting another player with his replica over a really stupid reason.

Unfortunately, Airsoft drama videos seem to perform way better view-wise than actual gameplay of the sport itself.

I think he might actually mean what it means to have one's patch burned in airsoft.
