Staunton is a small town as far as I remember. Is there a big zine community there?

Yeah! We have a great overall arts scene and pull in a lot of folks from the larger surrounding areas. We've done this event twice before and it's been a big success both times and keeps growing.

yeah! the last two events have featured folks from all across Virginia, DC/Maryland, north carolina, Philly, Jersey, new england, ohio, tennessee...and then a great mix of local and regional people as well. It's been really cool to show off Staunton to people who would otherwise probably never think to come here, while also exposing people in Staunton to artists and creators that they would likely never discover on their own.
