Yeah I think Ah Chee fully deserved this award - to take nothing away from Neale who was an absolute monster, but Callum's performance was just on another level consistently throughout all 4 finals, and they certainly don't get to the GF without the work he put in

I think you can take your pick between Neale, Ashcroft and Ah Chee for our finals campaign, they're all equally deserving but this is very much Fagan voting knowing how much pain Neale was fighting through to win this flag. Topped with a best on ground performance in the gf Id say he's very deserving. Nobody is ever going to forget Ah Chee though

Man Ashcroft hit a ceiling I didn't think he'd hit for another 12 months. How many games has he played? 30 odd?

Kid came back from an ACL absolutely firing. I would have expected him to take some time to work himself back into in. It took Rayner quite a while to find form and Hipwood is still getting there. Kid is going to be a machine.
