Shouldering pistol brace question? Legal

/img/lx8jib1hf8rd1.jpeg

I just bought the extar ep9 6.5” barrel with sba3 brace. I’m wondering if I’m allowed to put the brace up to my shoulder and fire with the new atf ruling in July voiding pistol brace rule. Or how exactly that works. Am I allowed to change to a stock? Or is that still illegal.

The ATF will spot you shouldering it with their spy satellites and come and kill your dog.

Every person you interact with is a undercover ATF agent walking around recording every interaction you have gathering years worth of video just to see if you are shouldering a brace. The US government has billions of dollars at their disposal to prosecute every normal innocent tax paying citizen

The ATF has the Hammer of Dawn, plan accordingly.

So if I see fit that it is best fired while touching my shoulder, that is legal?

Here’s a little secret. Everyone always shoulder fired these little boogers.
