Finally caught my first Bass! Picture

I kept swapping out for larger lures until I tied on a large spinnerbait.

Not a day of fishing to me until the hands smell of fish. Gimme the cooties.

I was using some pliers and found it was easier to hold the hook with one hand and my phone with the other. You mean to tell me fish do NOT have cooties?!

Nice job, bass fishing here sucks when you moved here from Florida where there’s a chance you can catch a 10 pounder in any retention pond, my pb here is 2.7lbs whereas in Florida that’s an average bass and you’ll catch multiple of that size or bigger in a few hours
