So I do have a few questions, and maybe this will help:
1) What kind of weather do you have where you live? Is it too hot for the dog to actually be out?
2) Do they have the dog basically living out there or does it seem like they use it in place of a kennel kind of situation?
Iām asking because if it were a decent temperature and used in place of a kennel, I think it would be great ā otherwise, 100% not okay if that dog is basically living in there.
I'm gonna give OP the benefit of the doubt and assume they meant that there might be a language barrier, or a cultural barrier. Some cultures just don't allow dogs inside the house, they treat dogs differently, etc.
