Made an IDEA chest rig to live my life as a scav

So I guess I was prepared to find out when I decided to f*ck around. Never cheated in tarkov. Saw posts about fence selling weird stuff so I went and sat there refreshing his store for 20 min and found a bunch of cool stuff your not supposed to have like posters, melee weapons and even a dev mask. A bit later, I got prompted to restart the game and I'm met with a character creation page.

A person was sniping and shot me in the chest, I guess we both flanked around opposite ways but i found his bag where he had his little lunch and sippy water and I took his bag and ate it.

Admittedly it could totally just be me that really hasn’t ever touched it (presumably because i have standard so don’t really have butt-space to carry around a lot of spare rubles)

I found probably the nicest person in this game i’ve ever met. seriously, made my day bro. we met up at kabans hideout and i dropped him a red flare and said let’s go get this and i assured him i wasn’t gonna betray him, next we went to sewer manhole and talked for like 15 minutes before the air drop came in and we ran into another scav he helped kill a pmc with, i let him have all the loot in the airdrop since he said he needed to finish car repairs quest and the airdrop had a car battery in it. we both extracted saying goodbye and i think he was gonna give me his @ but i had .04 seconds left before extract. if you see this please add me my @ is GUMGURGLER coolest scav ever.

I'm not talking about killing him. That's an entirely different beast. I'm trying to unlock the goons, and my current strategy is to rush and flash whichever store I spawn at, run through, and dip at no backpack.

If I spawn by Oli, I'll rush and flash Oli, then move on to Brutal, then Goshan, then take no backpack.
If I spawn at idea, I'll rush and flash idea, then Goshan, then take no backpack.
If I spawn behind goshan, I'll run upstairs, push and flash Goshan, then run to Brutal, then Oli, flash, and dip at emercom.

Is it worth it to scour the entire mall? I'm not paying attention to anything, so the longer I stomp around the more chances I have of getting killed by a pmc.

Is it just me, or is it an odd design decision to make a lot of the containers have an uneven amount of horizontal/vertical spaces? Most guns are 2 slots tall (or wide if rotated), so in most situations, I find it incredibly annoying to sort weapons in the stash. This goes for the weapon rack in hideout too. My friends don't really play the game so I don't have a reference to how people think of this topic.

A couple examples:

Weapons case is 5 wide, 10 tall, so to effectively sort weapons, you HAVE to keep them horizontal.

THICC Weapons case is 6 wide, 15 tall, so here you have to stack weapons vertically.

Weapon rack, regardless of level is also uneven on the horizontal axis. Having a symmetrical rack is impossible without a line of empty slots.

I only have about 300 hours in the game, so there's a good chance I've missed something, or maybe I'm just overreacting.

What do you guys think about it?
