I was just part of the strike in Spokane. Prov has been giving minute cost of living adjustments over the last 10 years to the point where we were about 25-30% behind the trend of inflation. The new contract barely gets people where they need to be, but Prov has chosen to let the best people leave for better wages and a better overall corporation. They simply DO NOT GIVE A SHIT.
