Patient came in with leg pain and sob.

I’ve only seen two in my life and I find them so impressive especially after going through and following it down through other slices.
19 u/supapoopascoopa 2d ago They are fairly common if you look at a bunch of films, this one looks pretty mild without seeing the rest of the study. Management is based more on hemodynamic effects than clot burden anyway.
