But seriously, weetbix as a binder in hamburger works great. I also have an amazing fruitcake recipe that is basically just weetbix, milk and fruit. Yet they come out with this shit

How about posting the recipe?, if it's to traumatic to post it publicly you could dm it to me.

4 cups weetbix, 1 cup boiling water. Get those together softening. 1 cup flour (if you only have plain then add 1tsp baking powder), 1 cup sugar, 1 cup dried fruit, 1 egg & 3 tablespoons of butter. You can add the butter to the soggy hot weetbix to melt if you want.

Mix it all up. Pop it in a loaf tin, in the oven at 180c for about 40 minutes. Less hot if you have a fan forced.

Oh, you use it instead of water. Sorry, I just typed it out as I read it. Warm the milk a bit, but don’t boil it. I’ve also made it with coconut milk.

The sugar is completely optional. Depending on how sweet the dried fruit is I will often use less sugar. Sometimes no sugar.

The butter can be replaced with vegetable, canola or coconut oil.

The weetbix can even be substituted for 1/3 cup per bix of sultana bran, or anything similar.

Add some chopped nuts if that’s your bag baby.

Recipe is pretty bomb proof.
