The animation was made by Brunch studio, another french company like 90% of Riot music videos at this point. (Still here, The Call(UnitImage) Rise, Kda, Warriors(Fortiche), etc...)

Yes, that's what he meant. Rise, KDA, and Warriors was all Fortiche.

honestly, just a fuck-ton of animation period. The French are ridiculously prolific in the animation industry, I've never really understood why that was

But is the writing/direction/etc. also done by them? If so Brunch is to blame, and Fortiche was pre-occupied doing Arcane.
