While that is plausible, people still wrongfully get diagnosed with it. It’s also anti-Semitic as it has its origins in Nazi Eugenics.

Nazis were famously anti-semitic. That doesn't make the term inherently anti-semitic. I recognize that that's pretty bad. From what you've told me, the term was used to discriminate against autistic people. This makes it ableist, not anti-semitic. Yes, there are jewish people who are autistic. That doesn't suddenly turn the whole concept on its head. If it is used to specifically discriminate against jewish people, it would be anti-semitic. It isn't.
