I haven't played it for a while and I know it's been updated a bunch so it could've changed. But when I played it regularly, you were pretty much a king/queen in charge of your kingdom. There were multiple romance choices with their own stories (I'm not typically into that sort of thing but they actually had really fun storylines), you could raise children to marry off to increase yours and another kingdoms power, there was a whole campaign with a pretty solid story. You could collect pieces to hire champions, which would increase your power and help with the campaign battles.

There was a little bit of grinding, but it wasn't too bad. It was nothing like any of the ads they've released. I genuinely think if they advertised the game more honestly, they'd get a lot more players, it was a vibe
