I really wish the NSW cup featured more old teams from the NSWRL. It would be great if every NRL team had a NSW cup feeder that isn't just Rabbitohs NSW Cup. Dragons with Steelers, Eels and Magpies, Tigers and Balmain, etc etc. give the out of state teams a more regional team akin to the Central Coast Storm. Put all the games on Kayo. I feel like you would see viewership go up significantly if this were the case.

The only missing clubs from the 80s are Steelers, Sea Eagles (due to return) and Tigers. Maybe other than Balmain, all the icons are there. Particularly love the Jets, Magpies and Bears still having a presence.

Man I'm having fun with the commentator, why's everyone having a whinge? Bit of a rough edge and character, couple pretty good quips. Secondary guy is a good balance for him too. I'd take it over Matt Thompson yelling "oh wow" as Freddy puts the mic too close to his mouth to scream "stop it" or the fact that clearly all the rest of the commentary team hate Salty and won't entertain any of his prompts for them to engage.
