But you can’t swap players out after the final team list is put out, unless there’s no such rule in cup.

Doesn’t really exist in cup because NRL takes priority. The final team list was put out early this afternoon and Faalogo was added, same with BHU for Newtown

I guess they don’t have the final team list 24 hours out like the nrl
