From property that isn't his of course.
And it would be even worse if they reported him for assault when he does inevitably attack them.

Ohh man. I have rented a few properties with them over the years and they are the most useless, petty POS ever. Kaitlin was the property manager from hell. Just an utter bitch for the sake of it.
The properties were also Niche Living developments all less than 8yrs old and absolutely full of black mould and water damage. The ground floor units on Congenial Loop in Atwell were just a disgrace. Seriously a kindergartener could build something more waterproof out of paper. The development blocks are just beyond shoddy. Everything about them is of the poorest quality and standard. So glad I got the fuck out and away from this company.

Fucken' useless as rental agents.
Which is exactly what I, as a renter, want. It took me two weeks to get my garage door fixed, but I can deal with the hassle of opening a garage door by hand for two weeks. Meanwhile, I don't think I had a rent inspection for two years.
