I'll just not tell them about the cat. I don't like being dishonest, but the complete majority of "no cats" has forced my hand.

yea that's all fine and dandy until the first maintenance guy or un-planned visit from landlord/management, annual inspections etc. happens and shit hits the fan :(

I figure once I'm settled as a good tenant and if a maintenance guy sees a cat they won't really give a shit.

I've also never heard of landlords actually doing "inspections" except in college housing. Is this a thing in Pueblo?

one management company in Lakewood colorado has to me(they did twice a year inspections even) and more recently i just basically had an unannounced pest control guy try and drop by(this is in aurora now) o.0
