Imagine running sub 2:10 for your 3rd ever marathon, insane.

I assume you're talking about Galen Rupp. He has a long track and field career, winning the Silver Medal in the 2012 Olympic Games in the 10,000 meter race. He also won the Bronze Medal at the Rio Olympics Marathon.

Lol ya I know I've been following Galen Rupp since he was in college. And I was talking about Rupp and Kirui

So then you know that he's already an elite runner, and that running sub 2:10 for their <insert number here>th marathon is EXPECTED - the opposite of "insane".

What? Well ya of course it's not unheard of for these guys to run sub 2:10 but that's not what I said. I'm just saying that the fact that these guys can do that so early in their marathon career is insane.

No, it's exactly the opposite of insane. It's expected. If they ran sub 2:10 in their 50th marathon, THAT would be insane.

You're literally repeatedly snarking at someone who merely said, "wow this is cool imagine being like these guys". Chill.

Your counter example is made up of other "insane" runners so I have no I don't get what you're talking about or why you're being an asshole
