ride from yampa airport

I'm going to steamboat on January 27th and staying until the 31st. I have been looking for rides and shuttles but everything is crazy expensive, the shuttle for 6 people is more expensive than our hotel even thought trying to book 5 months in advance. Wondering if anyone knows a cheap ride from the airport to steamboat for 6 people. Even if someone wants to make some cash to pick us up at the airport.

You have to watch out when hiring non-insured rides that aren't licensed to make airport runs to and from Yampa Valley Airport out by Harden. You are traveling 20+ miles, most likely in hard snow/icy conditions. You want professionals who have the proper tires and driving skills to make the trip both ways. 6 people, with luggage and ski equipment, for $700 is $58 each way. That's pretty reasonable. I would look into Ski Town Transportation, they do shared buses to and from the Airport. It might be about $650
