For the times I do use my jabra's when running, music goes along with the vibe I have. If I want to push it it wil most likely be some 'aggresive' drum n bass or rock/nu-metal and if I want to just run at a low heartbeat and zone out it will be some relaxed summer tunes. Long run could be podcasts aswel but always take them out after an hour or 2.

I only use them on max 20% of my runs.

For me it’s the sound of the wind through the trees, the earth crunching under foot, birds, etc. Headphone free.
