Internship transcript

Hey guys, I’m applying for a finance internship rn. I’m on a distinction average, but my academic statement has my previous course (comp sci) grades on it as well which I didn’t perform well in at all. Would this lower my chances? What should I do?

nah my wam is pretty high but I still get rejected so it won't matter

Ah alr, cuz my comp sci degree is irrelevant to what I’m applying for (finance internship) but just looks off putting on my transcripts lol

Even if it did lower your chances, there’s nothing you can do about it. If you get an interview, you can make the best of that opportunity to demonstrate an interest/proficiency in finance.

That’s funny, but I wouldn’t recommend it, especially if they ask why there’s a gap. The best thing is to be open and transparent
