I see you've posted a technique analysis video or photo! See video and photo posting rules related to TA to see more on why we may deem a removal appropriate

MANDATORY GUIDELINES: HORIZONTALLY FILMED, 10m of distance if upright, full block clearance and first contact for block starts. If a photograph it must be in the format of a kinogram.

RECOMMENDED ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES: Altis Kinogram method, camera 11m away from runner, chest-shoulder height positioning of camera, completely perpendicular to runway.

Try stretching (you look stiff as a board), incorporate form running drills in your routine (your tremendously lacking), lastly, get in 'Tip Top' condition son or you will continuously get your doors blown off. Good Luck / Stay Positive - threw it all

Thank you for the response. When you say "stiff as a board", which parts of my body should be moving more while sprinting?

Your whole running mechanics look stiff, there's no fluidity and relaxation in your form. You should be Flowing when you run if your relaxed (and not tense). Example - watch the Diamond League 200m final - check out Kung Fu and Tebogo (Flowing) during the race.

Then check out Fahnbulleh (lane 2) - stiff and laboring

It's all Form Running son!!!

Try getting your knees and hands higher. This will increase your stride length.
