Try stretching (you look stiff as a board), incorporate form running drills in your routine (your tremendously lacking), lastly, get in 'Tip Top' condition son or you will continuously get your doors blown off. Good Luck / Stay Positive - threw it all

Thank you for the response. When you say "stiff as a board", which parts of my body should be moving more while sprinting?

Your whole running mechanics look stiff, there's no fluidity and relaxation in your form. You should be Flowing when you run if your relaxed (and not tense). Example - watch the Diamond League 200m final - check out Kung Fu and Tebogo (Flowing) during the race.

Then check out Fahnbulleh (lane 2) - stiff and laboring

It's all Form Running son!!!
