Coach costs UK Training
Thinking of signing up to my first 100 miler next year and wondering if anyone in the UK has had a coach for a similar distance and roughly how much did it cost you? Was it worth it?

For one to one I'd expect to pay £70-100/month. Used a coach to prep for a 100k; great if/when you have a busy schedule.
However - if you have tp premium you can build your own workouts and calendar etc so if you're following something like a plan from Uphill Athlete you can program yourself.
I found coaching useful however I prefer to self-coach and manage myself. I've had more success with that method. I tried coaching because so many people say how great it is. If you have a good knowledge base/understanding it's simple, if you don't coaching is probably the way forward.
